If you're not a Scribe/Inscripter/whatever-you-to-call-it they are the only WotLK level shoulders enchants currently available. I know I farmed the rep for those on my 2 level 80s and the reason the relics are so expansive is that most people, including me, have had enough doing all those dailies to get access to those enchants...
