Well, the choice – such as it is – has been made. My new Death Knight, Mordauk, has chosen his new professions, and they are Herbalism and Inscription.
I was told that Inscription is a relatively easy profession to level, and at this point, I must say that I am pleasantly surprised.
Since I started both Herbalism and Inscription at a skill level of 1, my progress has been relatively easy to quantiy until now.

I gathered enough Peacebloom, Silverleaf and Earthroot to raise my Herbalism skill to level 75, and with the Herbs that I gathered, and the help of a few silver pieces, I raise my Inscription skill to 85.
I have not been able to produce anything remotely interesting so far, but hopefully that will change quickly.
